Information Collection and Use

Each early learning service or an organisation existing within Juniorlogs is the sole owner of the information on our site. We may collect information from you at two different stages. First, we collect anonymous, aggregate information from all visitors to our site. This information is never linked to any personally identifiable information and is used in the aggregate to generate statistical reports about the use of our site.
Second, we collect and store personal information when you register with us and use our services. This information is specific to you and may include such things as your organisations’ enrolment data, Ministry submission data and various other forms of other information required within the student management system. In addition, this information may include information required in order to personalize the information you receive. These types of information are called “personally identifiable information.”
Juniorlogs holds your personal information on servers located in New Zealand. All Data including personal and non-personal information, that is entered into the Service by You, or automatically imported on Your instruction, is transferred to Juniorlogs’s New Zealand based servers as a function of transmission across the Internet. By using the Service, You consent to Your personal information being transferred to our servers as set out in this Policy. Any updates to our policy will be published on our Privacy Policy page.

Provision and Transmission of Information

We could be required to view and/or disclose any or all content along with other personally identifiable information that you provide to comply with applicable law, to protect the data entitieswithin our systems, our site or our rights. We also monitor the performance of our services and our site in order to manage, maintain, and improve our services and our site. We may use tools to help prevent and block “spam” communications, viruses, spyware, and other harmful or unwanted communications and programs on our site. These tools may automatically scan your content in order to help us protect you and our site against these harmful or unwanted communications and programs. However, these tools do not collect or disclose personally identifiable information about you. Personal Information of Children

We have designed our services for organisations to enable them to securely store and access child enrolment, personal contact information, submission of data to the Ministry of Education.

We use your personal data to provide you with the student management services you are subscribed to.

Use of Your Personal Information

We may share your personal information with our partners child care facility where your child is located, as described in this Privacy Policy. We will never give your information to, or share your information with, any third party that is not owned by us or the facility where your child attends, except as permitted by law or as provided in this Privacy Policy. We will send personal information to other companies or people only when we:

  • have your consent to share the information;
  • need to share your information with third parties for a bona fide business purpose, including child care centre regulators, medical providers, payment processors and financial institutions; or
  • respond to court orders, or legal process or find that your actions violate any other terms and conditions or policies posted on our site.
Profile

We store information that we collect through cookies and log files to create a profile of our customers. A profile is stored information detailing how individual customers use our site. Collected information in a profile is tied to the customer’s personal information.

Cookies
